Return Policy

At Short Grass Golf Co. we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with what you receive you may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  We do not refund any other shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within five business days of Short Grass Golf Co. receiving the returned item(s).

What is not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, have visible wear and tear, have been altered in any way shape or form and/or have been washed.
• Items purchased while on sale/clearance.
• Custom orders.

Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders, no matter how big or small. An average order takes 3-5 business days to process and shipping time varies based on proximity to Massachusetts. Often times we deliver faster than this, however.

Currently we only ship in the United States. Willing and able to explore international shipping for large orders.
